“Lanzarote, jardín de cactus”, exhibition

The content of the exhibition comes from the publication ‘Lanzarote, Jardín de Cactus’, published by the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche with the Antiga publishing house in collaboration with the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, now translated into Spanish for this sample. A special constellation of quarries and cultivated craters that are exemplary testimony of a fertile balance between nature and culture. A place that expresses the value of the agricultural landscape and represents, at the same time, a significant stage in the history of an island that has been reborn again and again from situations of devastation and fragility.
