“Evita”, musical

The Chespir Theater Company will stage the musical “Evita”, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice. The work takes a tour through the life and work of Eva Duarte de Perón, spiritual leader of Argentina. The production, which will have an orchestra formed by 10 musicians, will be directed by Mauro Fariña. It will also have a cast of 21 singers and a dance corps formed by 5 dancers. Gloria Sepúlveda will be Evita, José Manuel Clar will play Ché and Jeroboám Tejera will be Perón.

The programmed functions will be only two: November 30 and December 1 at 9:00 p.m.
