‘Puertas Adentro’ concert – Electronic and Afro-Latin rhythms

The group Puertas Al Sur, composed of Beatriz Alonso (voice and effects), Miguel Manescau (guitar) and Luis Suarez (percussion, pads and synthesizers), will present their work “Doors Inside” at the Villa de Teguise on Sunday September 22 at 12:00

The Timple House-Museum resumes season with the second project of this musical formation, “Puertas Adentro”, which pays homage to the roots of Latin American folk-musical culture, reinterpreting genres such as cumbia, celebration, bomb or the full To do this, it uses a modernized perspective through the fusion of Afro-Latin rhythms with electronic-contemporary music and other elements not contemplated by the purist current. Likewise, it affects the contact with tribal music and African influence, seeking to open the door to our past, emphasizing the theory that we all come from the African continent.
