30th Festival Campesino: ‘Canarias came to the world’

Within the Festival of San Ginés, the 30th Anniversary of the Peasant Festival will take place. For these relevant commemorations, the most outstanding show will come from the hand of Benito Cabrera with his new project ‘Canarias: vino al mundo’.

It is a tribute to the wines of the Canary Islands through stories that connect the Archipelago with the history of several countries and prominent names of Western culture. The show tries to combine the sensations of wine, root music and dance, to offer a curious and complex experience, combining history, creativity and, of course, sensory pleasure. A toast for the anniversary and the centenary shared with all Lanzarote from the birth of César Mnarique.

It will take place on August 23 at 9:30 p.m. in Arrecife (place to be confirmed). Free.
