‘Copla’. That’s how explicit and resounding is the title of Estrella Morente’s new album. A project that started with his father, and that will present in all its dimensions in a tour throughout Spain that starts at the end of February.

‘Copla’ is the return to the study of one of the most overwhelming personalities of contemporary Spanish music. Estrella Morente possesses a deep knowledge of her art, as well as an innate refined taste.

And it is that Estrella Morente has become a point of reference both for the flamenco fans and for lovers of music in general, by mixing the old influences of her native Granada with the latest flamenco trends in the new millennium.

Far from belonging to past times and to be outdated or exhausted, the song resurges in his deep and sincere voice. His work, being pure and orthodox, contains unique and personal elements that constitute a true revolution in the panorama of the Flemish tradition.
