‘From generation to generation’, exhibition

The exhibition room El Quirófano gives shelter, from Friday 30 November, to the exhibition ‘From generation to generation’, where you can see works of the members of the Punctum 2.0 Photographic Cultural Association, composed mostly of women who met while studying photography at the Pancho Lasso School.

The exhibition includes photographs by Fefa Toledo, Jaqueline Sánchez, Elvis (A. Baéz Cobo), Lucy, Milena Pochwatka and Naywa Pacheco.

A reflection on “the stereotypes of women that the patriarchal culture has created and transmitted over time,” they explain from the association. The common thread of the collective is the sexism that can be extracted from the sayings.
