Event Details

The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the Historical Heritage Service, directed by the councilor Carmen Rosa Márquez, has organized for next Saturday, April 27, a new patrimonial route interpreted by San Bartolomé and Guatisea.

The departure will take place at 9 o’clock in the morning from the Molino de José María Gil, to continue the tour through the reservoirs of Guatisea, a monumental work of the hydraulic engineering of Lanzarote that dates from the first half of the 20th century. It is a path of low difficulty, with an approximate duration of three and a half hours, which will conclude with a gofio tasting workshop at the Molino de José María Gil.

The activity is free and has limited places, so registration is required through the email rutaspatrimonio@gmail.com or phone 658 81 44 56.

From the Historical Heritage Service of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, they recommend that participants wear appropriate clothing and footwear, as well as water and a snack.
