The OffBeat Lanzarote Festival is a documentary and musical proposal that aims to bring listeners to the island the sounds and rhythms of jazz, reggae, dub and dancehall. Film projections, DJ sessions and live concerts will take place over three days, from December 5 to 8, at CIC El Almacén.
On December 5th and 6th, The Upsetter: The Life and Music of Lee Scratch Perry and Hit Me with Music will be screened at the CIC El Almacen cinema (at 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.).
On Friday 7th there will be DJ sessions (9.30pm), also at El Almacén.
And on Saturday, December 8th, a concert at the Plaza del El Almacén with the following program:
7:00 pm Martiness Selecta
8:00 pm Isra Selecta + George Palmer
21:15 h Dub Originals + Boris
10:30 pm Dub Originals + Isaiah
