Orquesta Barroca de Tenerife – 35th Canary Music Festival

n the year 2017 the Orquesta Barroca de Tenerife (ObdT) was born, heir to the formidable degree of maturity acquired by the ancient Spanish music and as a result of the rise and quality of the interpretive groups with historical instruments and styles. The aim is to bring new audiences to all musical forms of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, from Monteverdi to Bach, through the styles and instruments of the time. They will play pieces by Stradella, Corelli, Albinoni, Locatelli, E. F. d’all Abaco or Geminiani.
