Interpreted route around the historical center and surroundings of Haría
The Island Council of Lanzarote returns to organize this year a patrimonial route interpreted by the historical helmet of Haría and its surroundings, in which the interested ones will discover the most important patrimonial aspects of this population nucleus whose origins go back to century XV with the first settlements of settlers and the foundation of a primitive hermitage.
On this route, participants can also enjoy the views of the northern palm grove and contemplate, among others, multiple reservoirs, cultivation terraces, topsails, wells or sandblasts that mark the northern agricultural landscape, fundamental axis for the economic development of the municipality.
It will take place on Saturday, March 16, with departure at 9:00 from the parking of the Institute. The duration of the trail through the historical center and the surroundings of Haría will be approximately 4 hours.
