MalabHaría closed the 2020 edition with more than 3000 attendees
he XIII edition of the International Circus Festival ‘MalabHaría’ closed with an absolute full in each of the shows that took place from January 2 to 4 in the northern municipality. A total of 3,000 spectators were able to enjoy the different shows staged both in the Plaza de Haría and in the Sports Pavilion.
The companies Gropcirco, Xampatito, Kicirke and El Fedito delighted the public, both children and adults, through large-scale shows combining circus, theater, clown and juggling of the highest quality.
The Great Dimitri was again in charge of conducting the closing gala, which featured a cast of top-level artists such as the Kuko Clown television or the juggling shows of Thomas Hoeltzel, the vertical rope of Alfa Marks Alfa or the ball of balance of Eleni Anastasaki.
The big farewell night closed with the Lorenzo Mastropietro show and his hats, the impressive number of aerial picture of the Two Filles Duo and the ‘hand in hand’ of the Vitalys Duo.
As every year, different awards were given at the end of the show.
Thus, the public’s recognition fell to the company Xampatito, with its show “SO”, while the prize “Malabart” for the best number of the gala was this time for Rebecca Renninson and the Duo Vitalys. Finally, the ‘MalabHaría 2020’ award went to Issac Flix, the Festival’s rigger.
