The campaign ‘César and I’ seeks to collect all the existing photographs of Manrique

On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Manrique, the ‘César y yo’ campaign has been launched, a task of collecting images of the artist in order to preserve Manrique’s photographic memories.
 
With the material obtained through this initiative undertaken by Digital Memory of Lanzarote, which develops the Data Center is intended to make an exhibition that revolves around the premises of the Historical Societies of Arrecife highlighting the most popular and social side of the figure of César Manrique .
 
To this end, the participation of all those who keep, in paper, negative or digital format, photos and videos of the Lanzarote artist César Manrique are requested. This material will be digitized and returned to its owner, and will be consulted each time someone wants to use their photos for any purpose, never giving in without their consent and conditions as the rights of the images will remain 100% yours.
