The Festival of Alternative Music of the Canary Islands culminates in Lanzarote with the performance of Opereta Humanoide
The Opereta Humanoide quartet, characterized “fundamentally by the shocking spectacle and the scenic brutality that springs from them in the live shows”, according to “Pichu”, one of its members, will perform at La Grulla starting at 9:30 p.m. this Saturday.
The musical style of Opereta Humanoide is an eclectic fusion of Metal styles, pulling strongly towards Punk and Hardcore. They started in 2014 and since then concerts and rehearsals have not stopped in the Guayota Association, in Tías, where they give free rein to their creativity.
In summer his album of 11 songs came out, present in the main digital platforms, from which works continue to come out like the video clip that will be released at the beginning of 2019. However, a sample of what they do is the theme, from 2015, “New Hope” green”.
With renewed airs and very different styles, the group offers a purely guitar music mixing blunt and energetic distortion with melodic riffs. Elaborate lyrics are fused with a music full of cuts, setbacks, Nu-metal touches, a lot of popular tune and a dressing of humorous fanfare.
