The presentation ‘Taste of Lanzarote, hidden treasure’ will star one of the days of Madrid Fusion
Saborea Lanzarote will be present, for the first time in the six years he has been attending, in the main auditorium of Madrid Fusión. It will do so through the ‘Taste of Lanzarote, the hidden treasure’. This gastronomic event is considered one of the most important events at an international level. It will be held in Madrir from January 28 to 30.
The turn for Lanzarote will be the same Wednesday, January 30 and will be borne by the chef of the Isla de Lobos Restaurant, Víctor Bossecker, and the veterinarian of Finca de Uga, Arminda García. Both will talk about the gastronomic attributes that Lanzarote brings together and that value the sustainability, the care of the territory and the unique landscape that characterize the island.
In this sense, advancing the positioning of Lanzarote as a gastronomic destination linked to the territory and bringing the knowledge of the experts to professionals in the primary, hotel and insular public administration sectors, are the main objectives with which Saborea Lanzarote attends Madrid appointment as founding partner of Saborea Spain, who participates in the organization of the event.
