After passing through stages of La Palma, Tenerife, La Gomera and El Hierro, now is the turn for the rest of the islands. This Friday 12 at 20:00 hours will perform at the Ignacio Aldecoa Public Center of La Graciosa. While on Saturday 13, at 9 pm, they will give a recital at the Convent of Santo Domingo de Teguise, in Lanzarote. Both concerts are free entry.
For this occasion they have prepared a repertoire that includes ‘Story’ of the play ‘The living room’ by John Cage; ‘La tempestad’, from the opera ‘Alcyone’, by Marin-Marais; ‘The four seasons’ by Vivaldi, and ‘Danzas Rumanas’, by Bartok.
JOCAN wants to contribute to the music reaching all corners of the archipelago, while favoring the formation and orchestral practice of young musicians from the Islands.
