Chambao, Def Con Dos and Evaristo lead the first confirmations for Arrecife en Vivo 2026

The Arrecife en Vivo 2026 lineup has its first headliners. Chambao brings their electronic flamenco to the fairground, Def Con Dos prepare their most incendiary set, and Evaristo promises a run through decades of rebellious rock. They are joined by confirmed artists Alfredo Piedrafita, MFC Chicken and The Anker Price, shaping an edition that doubles down on the genre-mixing ethos that made this festival a cultural touchstone for July nights in the capital.

The 2026 edition keeps its signature: combining national artists, Canarian bands and emerging local talent in a circuit of free concerts that turns the streets of Arrecife into one big open-air venue. The itinerant format that has become the festival's hallmark will once again bring music to different neighbourhoods across the city.

As a warm-up, Radio 3 hosts a music party on 17 July at La Recova with performances by Drûpe, Naife, Laiv, Pleito, Adora and Pimienta Selectoras — a night dedicated to showcasing emerging island talent. Free entry until capacity is reached.

Early-bird tickets for the festival are available through the municipal website. The council has arranged a night bus from the tourist areas to make it easier to attend. The full programme, including the local artists opening each night, will be announced soon.

Arrecife en Vivo has proven in previous editions that culture can step out of theatres and venues and claim the streets, squares and hidden corners of the capital. If you've never been to the fairground in July, this is the year.
