The Fiesta de la Chola returns this Saturday 22 August as one of the most refreshing and laid-back events of the Fiestas de San Ginés 2026. From 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm, the Parque Islas Canarias will become one big party, with ten hours of music and summer atmosphere in the heart of Arrecife.
The line-up features DJ Basilio Coco, Mambo con Fuego, Grupo Bomba, Malpeis and DJ Maxi Ferrer, plus a performance by Américo, known as ‘El Rey de la Cumbia’. A mix of dance music, Latin rhythms and DJ sets for one of the most festive events on the San Ginés programme.
The Fiesta de la Chola thus offers almost a full day of celebration in the Parque Islas Canarias, inviting everyone to slip on their cholas (flip-flops) and enjoy one of the last big weekends of the patron saint festivities in Lanzarote's capital.
