This Saturday 29 August, the Plaza de Maneje hosts a new edition of Naturaleza Sonora, combining art-making and live music in two free events to enjoy over the afternoon. The programme begins at 6:00 pm with a cyanotype workshop and continues at 7:00 pm with a concert by singer-songwriter Étel Santos.
The workshop, led by Ars Magna, offers an introduction to cyanotype, a photographic technique based on exposure to light that creates images from shapes and elements of the surroundings. Places are limited and registration in advance is required through this form.
Then comes the music with Étel Santos, who will play a concert in the Plaza de Maneje itself from 7:00 pm. The Lanzarote singer-songwriter will bring her songs and lyrics to the stage in a new session of Naturaleza Sonora, a series that has taken a range of musical and creative events to different spaces around Arrecife this summer.
