The Papagayo Campsite extends its season until October

The Papagayo Campsite will keep running until 4 October following the strong turnout recorded over the summer season. The Cabildo de Lanzarote y La Graciosa has extended the booking period for the camping area, located within the Monumento Natural de Los Ajaches.

The site has around 260 pitches suited to different types of camping, including caravans and cabins of various sizes, as well as accessible spaces for people with reduced mobility, pitches set up for pets and separate areas for short and long stays.

The facilities on offer include accessible toilet blocks, indoor and outdoor showers, sinks, drinking-water supply points, individual drainage connections, a black-water tank, communal night-time lighting, an electricity supply at the pitches between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm, round-the-clock security, adapted beach access and designated barbecue areas.

The Cabildo notes that bookings continue to be made online through the official Papagayo Campsite website, where pitch availability can also be checked. It likewise recommends reviewing the latest information before confirming a booking.

Pets are only allowed on authorised pitches, must always be kept on a lead, and cannot access the beach. The camping area will remain open until 4 October.
