On Friday 31 July, at 7:00 pm, the Casa de la Cultura Agustín de la Hoz will host Historias de guanches viejos, a monologue show by actor and storyteller Antonio de La Cruz that takes the audience through the imagination and memory of the ancient inhabitants of the Canary Islands.
Admission is free until the venue is full. The show is part of the cultural programme running in Arrecife, with the collaboration of the Gobierno de Canarias, the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Arrecife Town Council and other organisations.
The performance will take place at the Casa de la Cultura Agustín de la Hoz, where Antonio de La Cruz uses humour and oral storytelling to bring to life a series of stories inspired by the legacy of the islands' first inhabitants.
