Costa Teguise will hold its fiestas from 27 June to 5 July with a programme that will once again make the resort one of the main summer meeting points on Lanzarote. The big change this year is that the usual dates have been brought forward, a decision taken to encourage greater participation in the planned activities.
The celebrations will also have a new focal point with the addition of the Centro Cívico Nuevo de Costa Teguise, on Avenida del Mar, which will host a good part of the scheduled events and will make its debut as one of the key venues for the town's social and cultural life.
Over nine days, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy events for all audiences, combining cultural, sporting, musical, children's and leisure activities. The full programme will be announced shortly, although the organisers are already working on a schedule that will once again fill the streets of Costa Teguise with atmosphere at the start of summer.
