Radio 3 celebrates Canarian talent this Friday in Arrecife

Arrecife en Vivo will once again become a showcase for music made in the Canary Islands thanks to a new special broadcast on Radio 3. The public radio station will broadcast live from the Lanzarote festival on Canariedad Suprema day, held on Friday 17 July from 18:00 at the Recova Municipal in Arrecife, with free entry until capacity is reached.

Journalist Leyre Guerrero, presenter of the Radio 3 programme Na Na Na, will host a broadcast that will bring some of the most representative acts on the archipelago's music scene to listeners across the country. The organisers recommend arriving before six in the evening to enjoy the programme from the start, which will open with a tropical vinyl set by the La Palma duo Pimienta Selectoras and will also feature enyesques (Canarian bar snacks) available on site.

The day will bring together a wide range of styles with a line-up made up of Naife, Drûpe, Pleito, Laiv and Adora, alongside Pimienta Selectoras. From garage rock to pop, jazz, folk, electronica and tropical rhythms, the programme champions the eclectic character and quality of the music currently being made in the Canary Islands.

Canariedad Suprema will be the first of the six free days that Arrecife en Vivo will offer in its 2026 edition and will once again be an opportunity for the festival to project Canarian musical talent beyond the archipelago through Radio 3's programming.
