Free introductory DJ course for under-30s

The Cámara de Comercio de Lanzarote y La Graciosa has opened registration for a free Introduction to DJing course, an in-person training programme aimed at unemployed young people who want to make a professional start in music, leisure and event organisation.

The course forms part of the Talento Joven programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Cabildo de Lanzarote (the island government), with the aim of improving participants' employability by giving them skills in demand among the island's businesses. Because of the hands-on nature of the course and the use of professional technical equipment, places are limited.

The call is aimed at young people aged 16 and under 30 who are unemployed and registered with the Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil (the National Youth Guarantee Scheme), an essential requirement for taking part in this training.

Those interested can now register through the Cámara de Comercio website, where they will also find all the information about the course and the admission process: https://camaralanzarote.org/evento/curso-iniciacion-al-dj/
