The Fiestas del Carmen 2026 now have a programme. From 12 to 28 July, La Graciosa will enjoy more than two weeks of celebrations, with a calendar combining concerts, verbenas (open-air street parties), sporting competitions, children's activities and community gatherings for residents and visitors alike.
The programme will open on Sunday 12 July with the pregón (opening address) by María Elena González Vega, head of CEO La Graciosa, building up to the main day, 16 July, with the traditional sea-borne procession, the floral offering in memory of those lost at sea and a big verbena.
The programme continues with some of the most eagerly awaited events, such as the land procession and the quema del Italiano (traditional ritual burning), the Marcial Luis Toledo Memorial wrestling bout, the Gala de los Mayores for older residents, open-air cinema, popular competitions, children's activities, traditional championships, comedy nights and the verbenas that will once again fill the harbour esplanade with atmosphere until the fiestas close on 28 July with a big community bingo.

- 17:00. Sea-borne procession and floral offering.
- Musical offering, folk performances and presentation of the Inocencia Páez Poetry Prize.
- 20:30. Musical show “Fado Marino”.
- 22:00. Grand verbena with Leyenda Joven, Kódigo 4 and DJ Ludo.
