The Transajaches Trail returns to the paths and ravines of the Monumento Natural de Los Ajaches on 4 July, reviving one of Lanzarote's most iconic mountain races seven years after its last edition.
The event will offer 20 km and 11.5 km routes for runners, a 10 km hiking route and various adapted distances for children and teenagers. Registration is now open for all categories through the Tripasión Eventos website. The spectacular setting of Los Ajaches and the village of Femés will once again provide the backdrop for a day that combines sport, nature and personal challenge.
The 20 km and 11.5 km races, as well as the hiking route, will start at 16:00 on Saturday 4 July, whilst the children's races will begin at 11:30. The organisers highlight the technical demands of some sections of the route and the stunning scenery of an event that invites participants to discover one of Lanzarote's most unique natural spaces whilst promoting respect for and conservation of the environment.
